Service to my vehicle was poorly handled. My car was held for 4 weeks and there was no communication from staff, despite the repeated “promises” made to keep up communication. I had to call multiple times in a day just to get someone that could help me. On top of that, my car now sees the exact same issue it was brought in for just over 1 week later.

From front desk/ sales to services, everyone is kind and try to help. I’m really glad that I bought the car at Tom’s.

The actual dealership is very nice, clean, and customer friendly. The customer waiting area has all the conveniences a customer would need that take from the pain that can be waiting for your service to be completed (outlets, wifi, TV, coffee, snacks, comfortable seating, good lighting). The place looks like it is very well maintained whereas in other dealerships, owners let furnishings show their age/wear without much concern.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I had an awful experience. I purchased my vehicle from your dealership and have used your service center, expecting honesty and professionalism. However, my latest visit on March 14, 2025, left me feeling deceived and unfairly charged. On March 7, I called ahead to confirm that my rear tires, which were worn down, were covered under the tire and wheel package I purchased at your dealership. The representative I spoke to confirmed my coverage, assured me the replacement tires would be free, and scheduled my appointment for March 14 at 8:00 AM. When I arrived for my appointment, I reiterated my request and was again not informed of any cost. Two hours later, when the car was ready, I was suddenly told that I owed over $400 for the tires. I explained that I had been assured the service was covered and the costt would be $0, but the representative simply stated that the tires had already been installed, leaving me no choice but to pay. My husband called immediately after to dispute the charge. The service department admitted they should have informed me of the cost before proceeding and promised that the GM would call us back. However, after multiple follow-ups over several days, we were met with excuses—claims that the GM was unavailable, had surgery, or was too busy. Ultimately, we were offered 50% off services for the remainder of the year, which is unacceptable. We do not want to continue using your services; we simply want a full refund for the amount we were unfairly charged. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It feels like a predatory tactic was used to force me into paying for something I was explicitly told would be free. This is not how a reputable dealership should treat its customers.

When service was complete, I was told I had a balance. If I had not said my car is a lease and it was under contract, they wouldn’t have checked.

Covered service is something that should come standard.
