First off the sales department sold me a certificate used car in June of 2025 that has an oil problem. By the end of July my oil light came on and I barely drove 3,000 miles. After an oil change, the light came back on again at the beginning of September. The service department held my car for two days and lost my paperwork when I took my car in to be serviced. The woman on the phone had no record of my car even being serviced at all when I called to complain about the light. The oil problem was never fixed and after my failed September appointment I have to go to Open Road VW so they can go behind the poor service you provided to rectify my situation.

I was taken care of promptly but it is just that the amount of time it is taking to give my vehicle a clean Bill of Health is just too long!!!! It would be a nice gesture to make every effort to have the vehicle owner leave with the vehicle knowing everything is good now and since they had issues fron the start that $100 disappearing deductible should not be if they take the vehicle back et the selling dealer but that $100 should fall off if they take it to any vehicle for service issues!It is only right when an inconvenience on the buyer's part has taken place from the beginning!!
