    So much confusion involved when dealing with this facility. I received different answers and information from every different person I spoke to. I sat for 45 mins in your facility today to find out they had “forgotten” I was here waiting. Headache overall. Would never come back to your facility again.

    I picked it because the service associate was helpful answering questions, making sure I was taken of, and was very polite. However, I asked her to have the mechanic look at my back left tire. There was no tire light for it, but I was inquiring only because I had to have it plugged twice already and it was strange it was the same tire saying low pressure. None of the remaining tires have any issues. When my car was almost ready she told me the mechanic said I had a nail in my tire and it was $45 to repair. When I picked it up I filled the tire with air and no light had since illuminated. I really feel this mechanic was trying to make extra money by letting air out, because it was fine before and is fine now too.

    They hang up the phone on me. When asking about my contract. A lady told me to contact previous owner to get information about my contract, I thought it was unprofessional to tell costumers to contact previous owner. Which it should be my intention on the computer.
