    I had an excellent experience working with Tom's VW of Union and particular Dogush Cancurt from sales on my VW ID.4 lease deal. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through all the available options and ensuring I selected the perfect VW ID.4 S that met my needs. Dogush not only answered all my questions with patience but also went above and beyond by walking me through all the features of the vehicle in detail. Their professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my new ID.4 and the outstanding service I received. Highly recommend!

    Wasn’t to agreeable with the price of the installation of my battery and the price just to check a “dashboard indicator light!!! I’m happy I didn’t need it checked!!! $400 just to buy and install it 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤬

    I dropped my car off at 10:10am for routine maintenance which ended up being a vehicle inspection and an oil change. I received a message around noon from the care team that I could possibly need new tires and break pads, though nothing needed to be done immediately so I opted for the oil change and I could address said issues at a later date. After stating I would only like to proceed with only the oil change I did not hear back from a service consultant on when my car would be available for pickup. I called at 12:400 and was told that the consultant who was assigned to my car was on lunch break and they did not leave any papers on their desk to indicate the car was done and that I would receive a call back whenever they got back to their desk to help me. Two hours passed and still no call while in the meantime I called back 3 other times and was still unable to receive any information about my car being available for pickup. I decided to uber over to the facility and of course my car was waiting in the lot ready to go, but no one had reached out to me or took the time to find any answers about my car, every time I called. When I walked in to ask about my car and why I wasn't contacted that it was ready for pickup, the woman at the front desk told me that she wasn't sure and that she just got there. An absolutely pathetic display of customer service. This will be the last time that I bring my car to your dealership for maintenance.
