The customer service was extraordinary. I came in without an appointment. The staff helped me quickly and professionally. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff gave me periodic updates. I was expecting staff to show annoyance that I had a challenging issue with no appointment, but instead, they were creative and found a way to fix my problem, while treating me very patiently.

Warm welcoming staff, great service, cost was as expected without surprises. Car was not washed after service, which would have been a nice touch. Otherwise good experience and I will happily return.
