Website says your Service Department is open from 7-6 but then when I arrived I saw the sign on the door said 8-5. Since there is no key drop off, I had to wait about 45 minutes until someone was able to check me in. I was asked to get my cabin filter replaced....but I personally saw a brand new one installed on July 2nd.
